Pricing excludes 11.625% sales tax and a security deposit charged to the Credit card prior to check-in. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent Chateau Sole'.
We have a designated check-in location, 315 North Main Street, here you will find a friendly staff to meet and greet you, disperse the keys, and answer any questions that you might have about Breckenridge.
Discounted ski rentals at Avalanche Sports which is located at the check-in spot, 315 North Main near the bottom of the BreckConnect Gondola parking lots and free DVD Rentals at our check-in location.
$195.00 cleaning fee will be attached to stays less than 3 nights.
- Minimum 4-night rental required. 7 nights during Christmas dates
- Significant damage to property or items missing from the property may result in a loss of all or part of the deposit. Additional guests staying without the consent or knowledge of the owners may result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Pets are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances at Chateau Sole'.
- There is a phone at the Chateau. We'll provide you with the number once the reservation is made so family and friends can contact you.
- Chateau Sole offers HIGH SPEED INTERNET via a cable modem linked to a wireless router for our guests.
Payment: We require a 50% deposit, due at the time of booking to confirm your dates. We take VISA, MasterCard, and Discover (NO personal checks). We'll then charge this same card for the rest of your payment the week of your stay at The Chateau Sole' at Breckenridge.
This is a NON-smoking environment, please do not smoke ANYWHERE on the property.

Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 60 days prior to receiving a full refund less a 10% processing fee of your booking
Policies:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM on your arrival date.
- Check-out: 11 AM on your departure date.
- No Smoking allowed on the property
- No Hunting
- Not responsible for accidents
Tenants are advised to be careful of all the hazards of Mountain living, which may be different from what they are accustomed to. All wildlife can be dangerous and should not be approached.
Disclaimers: Principals involved in owning and managing The Chateau Sole are not responsible for accidents that may happen on or off the property. Tenants are advised to have their insurance in order and to take all prudent action to avoid harm and injury. Please inform all persons in your party and guests of hazards they may not be aware of. The leasing tenant is responsible for the care and safety of all minor children they bring to the property. Your understanding and corporation in this matter are appreciated in advance.
Loesch Colorado Properties, LLC and the Loesch family are in no way responsible for any accidents you may have on the property. If you have an accident, your own insurance will have to cover any expenses for the emergency room, ambulance, doctors, or hospitals.
Significant damage to property or items missing from the property may result in an additional charge to the credit card on file. Additional guests staying without the consent or knowledge of the owners may result in an additional charge to the credit card on file. The primary guest renting must be 30 years of age in order to rent. By your occupancy, you voluntarily accept this statement and any charges that might result.
